BT Retentions Team Deals
Today I have experienced two rival retentions teams bending over backwards not to lose a customer to a competitor. The companies in question were BT Retentions Team and EE Retentions Team. This brand new customer to Company X, who is used to shopping extensively for a great deal, nearly cancelled everything before she was reminded what we offer.
Ask yourselves these questions:
- Why does it take a customer to leave before they are offered a better deal?
- Why are the BT Retentions Team so desperate to retain their customers?
- Why are the EE Retentions Team so desperate to retain their customers?
Focus on all the benefits and not just the prices. Most people don’t spend hours searching for the cheapest prices, and even if they do,are they going to be happy with the service they get?
Remember: Loyalty is expensive. If you are offered a BT Retentions Team Deal – You will be locked in. The world is changing and being locked in is not is your interest.
